Overtime/Night Surcharge
Applicable when: The trip departs too early or ends too late compared to the standard operating hours (usually from 06:00 to 22:00).
Reference Fees:
22:00 – 0:00: 50,000 VND ~ $2
1:00 – 4:00: 100,000 VND ~ $4
Surcharge for Exceeding the Kilometer or Time Limit (Extra Distance / Hours)
Applicable when: You wish to change the itinerary, visit additional attractions outside the initially agreed-upon schedule, or keep the vehicle longer than the tour’s stipulated time.
Reference Fees:
4-7 seater vehicles: Approximately 8,000 – 10,000 VND/km exceeding the limit or 100,000 VND/hour exceeding the limit.
16-seater vehicles: Approximately 1,000 – 12,000 VND/km exceeding the limit or 150,000 – 200,000 VND/hour exceeding the limit.
Holiday Surcharge
Applies when: The trip takes place on major holidays in Vietnam (such as Lunar New Year, International Labor Day (May 1st), National Day (September 2nd), or the peak period of New Year’s Day).
Reason: Due to a sudden surge in market demand and increased labor costs during holidays as per labor regulations.
Reference Fee: Usually increases by about 20% – 30% compared to normal days (this fee will always be clearly stated before the customer confirms the booking)
Airport Waiting Time Fee
Applies when: Your flight is delayed for an excessively long period without prior notice, or you spend more than 60 minutes processing visa/baggage procedures at the airport after landing.
